Former senior-level positions in the Technology Industry include; senior director of sales, director of major accounts and senior marketing manager.  As a top contributor, she was responsible for developing successful sales strategies and innovative marketing plans, producing comprehensive expense forecasts, defining company and departmental organizational structures as well as recruiting, hiring and training sales, marketing, operational and administrative teams.
 
About her work
In 1999, Amanda founded InBalance Consulting.  She began working as a project consultant with individuals, small and start-up business owners, offering a holistic approach to their business development and marketing needs.  Her consulting work encourages an integrative approach in the areas of business development, sales and marketing, operations and management.  She has a particular interest in assisting her clients by removing the mystery associated in achieving successful business development and operational strategies.   Amanda is dedicated to supporting her clients in finding and refining their natural and intuitive roles as business owners and operators.
 
In establishing InBalance Consulting, Amanda defines herself as a business development guide and coach and believes that the critical success behind every business is the team of people collaborating and working towards the success of the business.
